If you have any problems at all with your items or using our site or if you have a complaint
regarding an item bought in store, find out all you need here.
If a product purchased in the Esprit online shop does not meet the usual Esprit standards of quality, you can send it back to us within the warranty period (6 months). This is valid for all merchandise including sale stock.
How does it work?
Items bought through the Esprit Online store should be sent back to Esprit Online Returns with a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of the fault. Customers must contact Customer Service before returning the faulty items. Esprit will pay all freight charges on any faulty items. Faulty items purchased online can be exchanged at the retail stores.
Please return items bought in an Esprit store to the store in which you purchased them to ensure speedy processing.

Incorrect delivery
In the event you receive goods that you did not order, or an item ordered is missing from your delivery but has been invoiced, please contact customer sevice. All costs associated with returning an incorrect order will be covered by Esprit.

Damaged packages
Please contact Customer Service within 7 days to lodge a claim if your package is damaged.

The Esprit online store only accepts returned goods purchased in the Esprit online store. For items purchased in a store, please return the goods to the Esprit store in which you purchased them.
