How does it work?
We are happy to refund any item except for lingerie, fashion earrings, swimwear and items with hygiene sticker within 30 days of purchase. Simply complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order, attach with receipt and return in any of our stores. Check the storefinder on our website for store details. Or you can contact Customer Services on 800 852 6046 for support.
Lost your form? Click "Download Returns Form" below, print and complete including reason for return, and attach to your return.
All returned items must be sent back with original tags attached. Products that include a hygiene sticker can only be returned if the sticker is still intact.
At this time exchanges cannot be made through the Esprit Online Store. We encourage you to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. You can exchange an item at any one of our Esprit Retail stores. Check the storefinder on our website for store details.
Orders paid with PayPal can only be refunded through the Esprit Online Store.
Once the refund has been processed we will notify you by email. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks from the date you post your return for your account to be credited. It depends on your billing cycles for the refund to show on your credit card. The Esprit Online store only accepts returned goods purchased in the Esprit Online store. For items purchased in a store please return the goods at the Esprit store in which you purchased them.

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact Esprit Customer Service on 1800 852 6046 or email email@example.com to discuss your faulty item. Then download the Online Returns Form, complete and send back with faulty item. Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Esprit will pay all freight charges on faulty items.
